Find the documents governing your use of Nubia Esthetic and the services offered to individuals, professionals and suppliers.
Confirm the operator’s full legal identity, registration, VAT status and business telephone number; provide the details of the consumer mediator actually appointed before any consumer sale. Validate renewal terms, payment methods and delivery deadlines. These provisional texts alone must not be used to open subscriptions for sale.
Terms of use
These set out the rules for browsing the directory, creating and managing accounts, listing professionals and suppliers, using content and reporting issues.
Terms of sale
These govern subscriptions and services sold directly by Nubia: professional Source, Essence and Lumière plans, supplier listings and launch offer terms. They distinguish business customers from consumers and cover complaints and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal.
Privacy and cookies
The privacy policy explains personal data processing. Cookie choices remain separate from registration and acceptance of contractual terms.
Nubia’s role
Nubia Esthetic is an information and directory platform devoted to Black and mixed-race skin and hair concerns. Nubia does not provide medical consultations. Treatments, purchases and training booked with a third party form a contract with that third party.
Document hierarchy and acceptance
The specific terms expressly accepted identify the service ordered, total price, currency, duration and schedule. The terms of sale apply to purchases from Nubia; the terms of use govern website use. Mandatory customer protection rules always prevail.
